Q. What is your return policy?

 

A. My Precious Grandchild offers a no questions asked 100% return policy within 30 days of merchandise received. All items must be in new condition, no signs of wear or wash. Returns are made at customer's expense.

 

In order to expidite your return, please contact us either by calling (818) 641-4065 or by emailing us at returns@mypreciousgrandchild.com requesting a return authorization number. You will be contacted within 24 hours with this number and you may send back your item.

 

Q. How do you ship? And how quickly can I expect my package?

 

A. In stock items leave our location within 2 business days of payment received. Please email if you need item faster.

An email will be sent to you upon shipping informing you of an expected delivery date as well as a delivery confirmation number for your order.

Backordered items take up to 2 weeks to ship. You will receive an email in the unlikely event that your item is on backorder.
